The helpdesk is based in the UK and operates 24/7. They can help with a variety of issues from difficulties logging in to check your balance to forgotten PIN numbers to replacement cards and have the latest information on any network outages or regional issues.

Global Wifi Hotspot. Your card comes with Wifi. Click here for more information.

At The Currency Exchange we are obviously happy to help where and when we can but when you are overseas it is always quicker to call the Cash Passport Helpdesk rather than to call or email us directly.

When you get back from your trip you can either keep the funds on your card for your next overseas trip or cash out the funds from your card in store. We are able to cash out the card and leave it open for you so you just need to reload when you are travelling again.

At The Currency Exchange we have no cash out fee. Please note that the cash out rate is the buy back rate of the day you cash out, not the same rate that you got when you loaded your card.

To cash out your card just bring us your drivers licence. We will also need a couple of pieces of information from when you opened the card to check your ID. If you would like your funds credited to a bank account we will also need your BSB and account number. We will then give you your funds straight away.

You are also able to leave funds on your card and use them for future trips. The cards last for 5 years and funds can also move to a new set of cards after this date.
